Upon payment of the CAPS international fee ($500 US), we will immediately (by global express or fax) send to you the CAPS International interview kit.
Included in the CAPS Interview Kit will be the following forms:
- Request for official academic transcript (grades 9-12)
- NCAA Clearinghouse guide
- Coaches evaluations in the sport you will play in college
- Personal questionnaires (name, address, height, weight, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address).
- Film bag for a videotape (vhs). Video is critical!
- Athletic questionnaires for specific statistics and/or honors in the sport(s) that you participate in.
This information is to be returned to CAPS International promptly. When received, CAPS International will do the following:
- Make an accurate, honest and objective evaluation of your academic and athletic qualifications.
- Match you to the colleges (20-30) that fit your qualifications and have athletic scholarships available in your sport.
- Send you (by fax or e-mail) the list of schools in advance of our marketing you to those schools.
- Fax your professionally designed personal resume directly to the coaches at those schools.
- Be available to you for free counseling, guidance and consultation throughout the process .
- We will instruct the coaches at the colleges to contact you directly by telephone, fax, e-mail, and correspondence.

To put CAPS International to work for you and to receive the CAPS International interview kit you may use the following methods of payment for the CAPS International fee ($500):

B) If you wish to pay by credit card you may send your card number (with Expiration date) to our email address. If you have concerns about doing that you can fax the credit card number to (858) 451-3357.
